How to request deletion of your data from Kalevo

Request Data Deletion

If you want us to delete your data from Kalevo, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete from your account

Log in to your Kalevo account, go to Settings, and use the "Delete Account" option. This will immediately schedule deletion of all your data, including content, media, analytics, and connected platform data.

Option 2: Email us

Send an email to support@getkalevo.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account and profile information
  • All content items and generated captions
  • Uploaded media files
  • Social media connection tokens (immediately revoked)
  • Conversation history and lead data
  • Analytics and performance data
  • AI usage logs
  • Billing history (retained as required by law for tax/accounting purposes)

Facebook & Instagram Data

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Kalevo, we store encrypted access tokens and basic profile information. When you disconnect a platform or delete your account:

  • Access tokens are immediately revoked and deleted
  • Profile data associated with the connection is removed
  • Published post records are deleted (the posts themselves remain on your social media)
  • Conversation data from those platforms is deleted

You can also remove Kalevo's access directly from your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.

Timeline

Data deletion is processed within 30 days of a verified request. Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently purged.
